Jason was super honest about everything and Kevin was willing to show me every car I had questions about and he went above and beyond. Long overdue, but I've been browsing for an alfa 4C particularly for a launch edition model in red. Figured I start here first since this place is an Alfa Romero dealership (though there's some pretty col Porsches in their showroom). I spoke with Jason on the phone and while he didn't have any in stock at the moment, he said he and his team would take my number and let me know if he saw anything that came across their way. A few months later, low and behold, he found what I was looking for. A perfect condition (albeit slightly higher miles than your typical BaT or Carsandbids example), but I didnt care. Everything else was about the car was beautiful and amazing condition for its age. And who cares about a 20k mile 4C, I didnt buy it to be a garage queen. A year and half later, the 4C still drives amazing with no issues to report. Kudos to Jason and his team!

Car industry as a whole has a bad stigma. I'm sure in the past few years, it has much improved but the general consensus from the consumer's POV is that there is a hint of "shadiness" if I'm being honest. BUT, since I was in the market to buy a used Porsche, I found one that was prominently displayed on the corner of the lot so I decided to stop by to purchase and conduct a trade in for my 2021 mid engine Corvette albeit with serious reservations. On the day of, I was greeted by Kevin who embodied patience, transparency and the right amount of attentiveness without the pressures that comes with being a sales associate. As for my trade in / outright sale of the C8, Kevin introduced me to Jason who exhibited the same characteristics of integrity and fairness. Unfortunately, the purchase didn't work out. Despite it not working out both Kevin and Jason remained equally attentive and hadn't changed "colors" because the sale didn't occur. Because of their graciousness, I sold my C8 to the dealership without looking elsewhere to determine whether I could have gotten more money because at the end of the day, I chose to believe in their honesty and fairness that precluded me from shopping it around for a few more dollars. Business is business and somethings in life is worth more than just a dollar or two. It is the confidence and peace one has about the dealings with another human being that is considered priceless and worth every penny. I don't recommend lightly but in this case, it warrants the highest accolades I can give. Alfa Romeo is fortunate to have team members like Kevin and Jason that represents them well in an industry that can be murky for your average consumer. If you are looking to purchase a used car or sell your car, I would not hesitate to place Alfa Romeo of San Jose at the top of your list.

This is my first Alfa Romeo after years of Subaru/Lexus ownership. I came across Alfa cars when browsing online and immediately found this dealership close to where I live. Shot an email inquiry about both used/new Stelvios last week and immediately got a warm welcome from Antonio to have arranged an appointment of test drive. Alfa Romeo of San Jose does excellent service work, and I truly appreciate the specialized technicians who take care of our beautiful vehicles. That said, communication is an area that really needs improvement. Once a car is in the shop, customers deserve regular updates on status and timelines. I recommend hiring a dedicated secretary or service coordinator to help technicians keep customers informed, as well as adding more techs to meet growing customer demand. Communication is critical—it can make or break a business—and with these improvements, the service experience here could go from good to outstanding.

I love how Alfa Romeo of SanJose stands by their word. Plus, their mechanics are car wizards. Got my car back from major service and everything is perfect. Amazing work. Also, Dave is the service advisor there and he is incredibly friendly and takes the time to answer any questions.

The guys at Alfa Romeo were very responsive, friendly, and SUPER easy to work with. They gave us a really fair deal on a used car for our teenager.
